- It can take up to 30 minutes for your purchase to come through. If you run into any issues with your purchase, join the discord at surrealmc.net and create a ticket! It can take up to 24-48 hours for a response.

- Make sure to enter the correct Minecraft username - this is case sensitive so double check that everything has been entered correctly.

- You can be either online or offline during the purchase but you must have enough available inventory slots for the purchased items or you will not receive them.

- Any purchases made are non-refundable. Chargebacks and/or PayPal disputes will result in a permanent ban from the SurrealMC network.
